Which home is closer to the beach?
The Sarasota Oasis is about 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Sun-Kissed is on the water itself, a canal that leads to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf, with Englewood's Gulf beaches about 35 minutes away.
Is the Sun-Kissed pool heated?
No. From late spring through fall the sun keeps it warm; in January and February it's cooler, so plan on refreshing dips rather than long soaks.
Can I bring my boat to Sun-Kissed?
The waterfront is set up for fishing, swimming and paddling, not for mooring a boat. Nearby marinas and public ramps in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda have slips and launches.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, by approval. The Sarasota home has a large fenced yard and welcomes up to two pets; Sun-Kissed considers one well-behaved pet. A pet fee applies. Please message us before booking.
Do you offer monthly stays?
Yes. Both homes host many winter and mid-term guests for one to three months. Pick your dates on the booking site or send us a message for a monthly quote.
Is it good for remote work?
Both homes have Wi-Fi and a desk. Sun-Kissed also has a wired ethernet connection; the Sarasota bunk room doubles as a quiet office.
